Please contact us to arrange a meeting with the parents/guardians and fill out an application. Parents/guardians  will be given a tour of the daycare and will be receiving a handbook. Next step is  to fill out the registration form and submit it to us. Please note that there is a $50 non-refundable application and registration fee once your child has been secured a spot at Cribs and Crayons.

Payment Policy 

Parents agree that all monthly fees (full time and part time) will be paid on the first day of each month. 12 post-dated cheques must be provided during the registration. Unpaid fees are subject to immediate suspension or termination of care unless reasonable arrangements are made and accepted by both parties. Full time and part time fees are based on enrollment and  not attendance, therefore parents are responsible for fees whether their child attends or not. (This includes sick days, statutory holidays, bad weather days, and vacation time). In the event that you no longer need childcare, we require at least 4 weeks of written notice on or before last day of the month. At this time you will be issued the appropriate post-dated cheques in return. Repayment: If for any reason Cribs and Crayons family daycare decides that its programs are no longer suitable for your child, you will be given a 4 week notice of withdraw. On your child's last day we will return all post-dated cheques for the future months. If you and your child are asked to leave the program immediately, you will receive a pro-rated return of funds for the month that child won't be in attendance
